At Thank God It Heals, we ship both domestically within the U.S. and internationally to select countries. Our goal is to get your order to you quickly and safely, with transparent costs and clear delivery timelines.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.

  • Economy (5–8 business days): $4.99
  • Standard (3–4 business days): $9.99
  • Expedited (1–2 business days): $28.99
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on U.S. orders $75 and up

Domestic Shipping Note: Orders are processed Monday–Friday. We do not offer guaranteed same-day shipping. However, in many cases, orders are fulfilled and shipped the same day—but this is not guaranteed.

Tracking & Delays

All orders include tracking. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

While we strive to ship quickly, carrier delays may occur during peak times or due to unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, we cannot control delays once a package is in transit. If your item is backordered, you will be notified via email or the item will appear as out of stock at checkout.

Returns & Happiness Guarantee

First-Time Supplement Purchases:
We offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee on your first supplement purchase. If it doesn’t work for you, let us know within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.

Subsequent Purchases & Accessories:
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened, unused items in original condition. The safety seal must be intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the defect

If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label for free.
