What are the minimum order requirements for wholesale?

Our MOQ is at least 20 units of a given SKU. We understand that some small business may not be able to buy 100+ units at one time This is why we offer low MOQ's.

What are the lead times for items to be fulfilled and shipped?

If the products, in the quantity needed, are in stock, then it may take about one to two weeks to be fulfilled and shipped.

If products are out of stock, or we do not have the amount requested on hand, then it can vary depending on various supply chain factors. We project about a 4-8 week lead time in these instances. However, we urge you to please contact us directly for specific lead times for your requested products and quantities.

Delivery times will depend on the shipping method chosen.

Can I order a variety of products (SKUs) in a single wholesale case?

No. Each case will consist of one SKU at the requested volume. You may, however, purchase multiple cases of different SKU's in the same order.

Are discounts available when purchasing in large quantity wholesale orders?

Yes. We evaluate the requested amount of products and use personalized pricing strategies to meet each companies unique needs.

Do your products come with marketing materials or support for retailers?

Bulk orders are not eligible for returns, replacements, exchanges, or refunds. However, if you believe there is a quality issue with your bulk order, please notify TGIH within 10 days of delivery and provide high quality images of the damages. Approved returns for non-defective or undamaged bulk items may incur a 20% return and restocking fee.
