Due to the nature of wholesale and bulk purchasing, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.

Final Sale on Wholesale Orders

• All wholesale orders are considered final sale.
• Wholesale purchases are not eligible for returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds once fulfilled.

Damaged or Defective Products

Our customer support team will review the issue promptly, and work with you to resolve the issue.

You may file a claim if your order arrives with either of the following:

• Product damage caused during shipping, or
• A verified quality issue

To File a Claim You Must:

1. Notify Thank God It Heals (TGIH) within 10 days of delivery, and
2. Email clear, high-quality photos documenting the issue, plus
3. A brief description of the defect.

We will review the claim and work with you, in good faith, to determine an appropriate resolution.

Approved Returns (Exception Cases)

• In rare cases where a return is approved for non-defective, undamaged bulk items, a 20% return and restocking fee may apply.
• Return approval is granted at the sole discretion of TGIH.

Fair Use of Our Policy

To maintain the integrity of our return and damage policy, we kindly ask for genuine use. Excessive or unreasonable returns may be considered an abuse of the policy. In such cases, we may limit or deny future returns to ensure that all customers can benefit from a fair and transparent experience.

Refund Processing Time

If it is determined to provide your company with a refund for the product(s), refunds are processed within 7-10 full business days.
