Wholesale Shipping Policy

We aim to fulfill wholesale orders as efficiently and transparently as possible.

Order Fulfillment Timelines

• In-stock products:
  Orders typically are fulfilled within 2 full business days from receipt of payment.
• Shipping lead times are typically between 5–7 full business days.
  • If you need a bulk order sooner, please contact us about expedited shipping. 
• Out-of-stock or large-quantity orders:
  If products are not currently in stock or the requested quantity exceeds available inventory, fulfillment timelines may vary. In these cases, we estimate a 4–8 week lead time, depending on production and supply chain factors.

We strongly encourage retailers to contact us prior to ordering for confirmation of inventory availability and estimated ship dates for larger or time-sensitive orders.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

• Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected and carrier transit times.
• Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside our direct control.

Domestic Shipping Note: Orders are processed Monday–Friday. We do not offer guaranteed same-day shipping. However, in many cases, orders are fulfilled and shipped the same day—but this is not guaranteed.

International Wholesale Shipping

• At this time, we do not ship wholesale orders internationally.
