What are the minimum order requirements for wholesale?

We know that some businesses may not be ready to commit to high-volume orders right away — that’s why we keep our minimums low.

First Order Mix Pack:

  • 5 x Neutral Collagen (2.2oz)
  • 5 x Gentle Vanilla (2.2oz)
  • 5 x Carob Delight (2.2oz)

Repeat Orders:

  • 10-unit minimum for large jars (4.4oz)
  • 20-unit minimum for small jars (2.2 oz)

This allows you to test what works best for your customers without overcommitting on inventory.

What are the lead times for items to be fulfilled and shipped?

If the products, in the quantity needed are in stock, then it may take 5-7 business days to be shipped.

If products are out of stock, or we do not have the amount requested on hand, then it can vary depending on various supply chain factors. We project about a 4-8 week lead time in these instances. However, we urge you to please contact us directly for specific lead times for your requested products and quantities.

Can I order a variety of products (SKUs) in a single wholesale case?

Yes, but only for the first order.

For a repeat purchase, each case will consist of one SKU at the requested volume. You may, however, purchase multiple cases of different SKU's in the same order.

Are discounts available when purchasing in large quantity wholesale orders?

Yes. We evaluate the requested amount of products and use personalized pricing strategies to meet each companies unique needs.

Do your products come with marketing materials or support for retailers?

Absolutely! We will embark on a partnership which includes providing support, education, and/or marketing materials on our products to help your business succeed.

Do you ship internationally for wholesale?

No, but check back with us soon to see if we have made any changes!

What payment methods do you accept for wholesale orders?

Major credit cards, ACH, wire transfer, and net terms for larger quantities or retailers who have maintained good standing with TGIH.

Are there payment plans or net payment terms available for large orders?

There can be! Please contact us directly for more details to see if you qualify!

What is your policy on wholesale returns or damaged products?

All wholesale orders are considered final sale.

However, if you have received damaged or defective products, then you can put in a claim. Click here for directions for filing a claim.

Do you require a resale certificate or proof of business license for wholesale accounts?
